He’s the one who insisted every job leave a photographed record before “documentation” became a selling point, and he still reviews trip reports from the field most evenings. If you call after hours, there’s a real chance Adrian picks up. He’d rather talk you through checking the breaker than leave a gate stuck open all night. When he’s not on a job, he’s usually rewinding a motor on the bench or arguing with himself about whether a limit switch is set 12 degrees past travel.
